Collectively we have over 60 years experience of working with and in charities. We understand the unique challenges of the sector and we are deeply committed to developing leaders that can rise to these challenges and excel.

Ali McNab

Ali is an Executive and Personal Coach with a specific focus on supporting charities in the development, empowerment and mental well-being of their employees. Ali draws on her leadership, professional and personal experience to help people develop their professional potential in a sustainable and personally satisfying way. Ali has a special interest in supporting working parents to lead a fulfilled and balanced life.

Amy Shepherd

Amy is an Organisational Psychologist and Career Coach specialising in flexible working. She has 15 years’ experience coaching clients at all levels and is an expert in senior level facilitation and leadership development. She has coached senior leaders at organisations ranging from the BBC, NHS and The Tate to Cancer Research UK and the Royal British Legion, helping them to identify their key drivers and motivations and how they can shape their career in order to reach their goals.

Caroline Doran

Caroline is a Coach, Facilitator and Trainer who works with individuals, teams and organisations through times of change and transition. Caroline has a particular interest in coaching women leaders and emerging leaders to deliver impact and thrive. Through coaching Caroline supports women to make the difference they feel called to make without burning out. Caroline has over 20 years’ experience of working with and for the charity sector.

Sarah Tite

Sarah is an experienced leader in charity fundraising with over 25 years’ experience. Sarah has a particular interest in supporting women in the sector. She understands how leading from overwhelm can impact on both the individual and their teams’ ability to achieve results for beneficiaries. Sarah helps women to understand what’s currently driving the, build confidence and find balance between their personal and professional lives, enabling them to show up as their best selves at work.

Richard Middleton

Richard is a Leadership Consultant and Coach with 20 years’ experience working with leaders to improve their emotional intelligence, confidence and ability to get the best from themselves and their teams. As a coach, he has worked with clients of all levels from both for and not for profit organisations including Cruse Bereavement Support, the Mental Health Foundation, Thinking Schools Academy Trust, Mosaic Clubhouse, Bowers & Wilkins (Sounds United), Peter Cooper VW and Bowman Power
